I have a lot of back problems and find myself having to prop my legs up when I sleep or I wake up nearly unable to walk. I picked this up since I'm tired of using tons of pillows. The cover is quite soft, and the foam is comfortable. Not too stiff, but supportive. I ordered this in a large and wish I'd gotten a medium. The large was on sale so I wanted it for the lower price. I'm around 5'6" and this peak of the pillow is more on my calves than under my knees. I need to shift around a little to keep my legs comfy, but that's my fault for getting one too big. This is a great product.
Some people complained it is bulky and doesn't fit well under covers, and they're right. This doesn't bother me at all though, as I'd rather have a good night's sleep than a flat, well made bed.

I broke both legs[tib-plateau] and had my neck fused. I have recovered and use the leg rest every morning along with the backrest to read for an extended period. AS a person with fibromyalgia this is a great tool. The material is supportive without being mushy. It is not too high and can fit under bedding. It helps me stretch out my knees. I am more relaxed with my knees in proper angle. It is not too wide; will fit most beds.

It's comfortable but so large it doesn't fit under sheets easily. Finding a place to put it when it's not being used was also a problem.
