This does exactly what it says, and does it well. It mounted easily to my 20" LCD and I was able to adjust it very easily using a phillips screwdriver and a crescent wrench. Not a fancy thing, but that's not what I paid for. It just works.

If I had payed list price for this item I would be very disappointed. However, seeing as it cost a tenth of the list price it is a great value. The product is of ok build quality. Its a little hard to adjust but for $13 its hard to beat. What can I say, it was cheap and holds up my monitor. If I get a second monitor I may buy another one.
Also it arrived nearly a week before it was scheduled. Props to the seller for prompt mailing and service.

The monitor arm works great, but the included wrench doesn't fit. Use another, and everything is tight and works great.
